Semi-automatic submerged arc welding machine consists of welding table and submerged arc welding machine. The welding trolley can walk back and forth and the speed can be adjusted. The main functions of the semi-automatic submerged arc welding machine are:
(1) Continuously feeding the welding wire into the arc zone through the wire guide tube; (2) Transmitting the welding current of the machine.
(2) Transmission of welding current; (3) Control of welding start and stop.
(3) Control welding start and stop.
(4) Apply flux to the welding area.
Therefore, it mainly consists of wire feeding mechanism, control box, welding handle with hose and welding power source. Semi-automatic submerged arc welding machines combine the advantages of automatic submerged arc welding with the maneuverability of manual arc welding. Workpieces that are difficult to automate (e.g. irregular welds on the wire, short welds and workpieces with little welding space) can be welded with this welding machine.
